Prologo
E' iniziato l'anno 60 FC (Future Century), ed è ricominciato il Gundam Fight. Dopo che l'elite di ognuna delle nazioni della Terra è fuggita dal pianeta inquinato, creando lussuose colonie spaziali dalle quali possono controllare le masse sfortunate di popolazione che hanno lasciato indietro, si sono ritrovati a fare la guerra l'uno con l'altro. Per risolvere il conflitto, si decise che il comando sarebbe passato tra le colonie spaziali. Ogni quattro anni, si sarebbe tenuto un torneo per decidere quale colonia sarebbe diventata temporaneamente la dominatrice del mondo.Questo torneo è il Gundam Fight. Ogni colonia spaziale seleziona un campione che sarà il suo Gundam Fighter, e costruisce una gigantesca macchina da combattimento chiamata mobile fighter quale suo rappresentante nazionale da mandare in battaglia. Rappresentando Neo Japan, Neo America, Neo China e un centinaio di altre nazioni, i Gundam Fighters si scontrano in un combattimento fino a quando non ne rimane uno solo. E naturalmente.... la Terra è il luogo dello scontro!
Ma questa volta, nel Tredicesimo Gundam Fight, sono presenti altre forze in gioco. Un esperimento è andato storto, ed è stato liberato un mostro nanotecnologico di indescrivibile forza. Quando Domon Kasshu, il Gundam Fighter di Neo Japan scende sulla Terra, è più concentrato sul altre cose che sulla vittoria del torneo; deve ritrovare il Devil Gundam, creato da suo padre e rubato da suo fratello, prima che nel mondo cada una catastrofe che renderà insignificante qualunque cosa avvenuta mai prima....
